Coiled wire is drawn to the required dimension and then cut ready for shaping.

Once the wire is cut, secondary operations occurs such as welding and trimming with final assembly into a finished product. We have CNC automatic welding machines to control precision welds. This application is often used on products where weld strength is critical to the function and safety of a product.
